The Slim Fast diet - does it work?

With slim fast you have a shake in the morning and lunchtime (dinner in northern terms) and a normal meal for dinner ( aka tea ) then you can snack on either slim fast bars fruit or low calorie snack. Its pretty good, although wine is not in the diet damn...is there any diet that does include wine????!!! somebody please sort one out! Anyway, the shakes are nice ready made up...the ones you have to mix yourself are pretty ropey unless you add tonnes of ice and whizz it up really really well. My advice is basically buy the ready made up ones, my fave is the fruits of the forest type ones, close second is raspberry which is quite nice. All round the diet is pretty easy really, the snacks are actually quite delicious apart from the pretzel ones yuk yuk!! but thats personal taste. The big question is do you lose weight??!! well i lost a couple of pounds in one week which is not brilliant but as the diet was easy it was okay...better than i expected actually cos i didnt felt like i had been that good.


The good thing about slim fast is that it is quite easy to do...although it is fairly expensive if you get the ready made up milkshakes and snacks. I mainly eat fruit as my snack so that works out okay and good for you nutritian wise. I am off the diet now as i say that im scoffing into a fat chelsea bun, yum yum...see my problem is when im off diets i just scoff my face even though i know straight away i will regret it...moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips and all that :-)
